Initial consultation: a simple walk through to discuss
room for improvement. If time allows,a little staging
and rephotographing for your MLS pictures. We will then
discuss any need for further staging, complete with
custom packages available, based on the size of home and
situation.
We can advise you of do-it-yourself projects or furnish
you with a complete list of reliable
referrals to help keep things moving along. We have
access to an extensive inventory of
furniture, for vacant homes, as well.
Once in your new home, our design experts can rework
your existing furniture or help you to
shop for just the right pieces in addition to many other
services available.
